Tattoo Space Product Use License

All artwork owned & operated within Tattoo Space LLC 2021 or corresponding vendor partners.

First of all, thank you for your interest and purchasing your Tattoo Space product. This licensing agreement is here to help protect our creators and their art work, and digital flash brushes. You are licensed to use the products you downloaded (purchase or free), to create your artwork and  tattoos. When you purchase your digital flash brushes, you are not licensed to resell the products on any platform that includes, selling or sharing the product files in any way  on any platform,  t-shirts, websites, or any other merchandise. You are not licensed to give them away to anyone. Let’s remember to support your fellow artists and give them the credit they deserve for their hard work.

Ownership:

The ownership of all rights in any of the product(s) you’ve purchased, downloaded for free or otherwise acquired from tattoospace.com remains with Tattoo Space LLC and its corresponding vendor partners. 

Again, you may not repackage, resell, relicense or make commercial advantage with your Tattoo Space flash brushes without the written permission of Tattoo Space LLC and its corresponding vendors.

Single User:

When you are purchasing your Tattoo Space flash brush, you are purchasing a single-user license. You are not licensed to share the use of the product(s) with any other users within your establishment. Each user should have a license for their purchases. 

Failure to Abide by the License Grant:

If you fail to abide by the terms of this agreement we will immediately terminate your right and license to purchase products from tattoospace.com and will potentially take legal action. Please, support your fellow artist.

Limitation of Liability:

  1. Products on tattoospace.com are provided on an “as is”, “as available”, and “with all faults” basis. Tattoo Space LLC makes no representations, warranties, conditions, or guarantees as to the usefulness, quality, suitability, truth, fitness for a particular purpose, non­infringement, merchantability, or cosmetic attributes of products, and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of specifications associated with products.

  2. Tattoo Space LLC disclaims all express or implied conditions, representations, and warranties of any kind regarding products, including any implied warranty or condition of merchantability. Tattoo Space LLC does not allow refunds for our digital products since they cannot be returned by the customer.

  3. You assume all risk for any damage to your computer systems and network by obtaining products, including any damages resulting from computer viruses.

  4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tattoo Space LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill, use, data, electronically transmitted orders, or other economic advantage) arising out of or in connection with products, whether or not Tattoo Space LLC has previously been advised of, or reasonably could have foreseen, the possibility of such damages, however they arise, whether in breach of contract or in tort (including negligence). To the extent that any jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of direct, incidental, or consequential damages, portions of the preceding limitation or exclusion may not apply, but shall be construed to the greatest extent allowable in such jurisdictions.

  5. You agree to indemnify and hold Tattoo Space LLC and its business affiliates, vendors and associates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to, or arising out of your use of the products which you purchased, download or otherwise obtain through tattoospace.com.
